Hey there - has anyone ever had this happen?? I waxed a new client about 3 weeks ago on her side burn area (she'd never had it done before) - with soft wax. I also waxed her lip and chin that were fine. Anyways - the next day she called and said that it was white (like a little square) - in the shape where I waxed. I told her that it probably just exfoliated her skin and would fade together. She just came in and I can still see how it is white at her side burns (and make up didn't evn cover it up). What gives? I've never had this happen. I gave her glycolic acid (in a very gentle cream form that she loved but it didn't make a differnce in the color (or lack there of). Little help?
