I think what you are very delicately trying to say is that she has lots of discharge and hasn't showered immediately before her appointment. I would suggest that on your table on top of the paper you place one of those feminine wipes (individually wrapped, of course) and instruct her to use that first. Don't explain it-just instruct and leave the room to wash your hands and give her the time she needs to do her job.
Of course I'm saying this from experience...gross!
we need to bring back the bidet! (sp?)
