First off let me say this board is awesome! I can't believe the real Lori Nestore is helping people get the job done...it's just wonderful. Ok, so my situation, I've recently leased a new room in a spa, it's beautiful, everything is where it should be, I'm feeling confident about my wax temps and ability...this is my 10th BBW, but tonight, either my mouth was shooting off too much, but it took me 1.5 hrs 
((( I couldn't get my Berins Blue to set up, had my little fan held to her hinny and everything LOL! Thank god I got everything clean on the front, I did pull one before it was set up good enough but no harm, she actually said it was the first BBW she'd had that didn't hurt which made me feel great. HOWEVER, will I lose her forever because of my slow skills tonight, she was a newbie to me not to BBW....I did not let her see I was concerned about my time, gave her some skincare samples and sent her on her way. I need to get these to at least 30 mins. Anyone have any tips?
