Hi LuLu,I am also feeling this,one day it goes great then the temp changes here in Bermuda and wham I am away off base.Some days I get one done in 20-30 minutes others might take longer.My clients are fine and they all tell me "You will master it if anyone can"which is fantastic,and the smoothness...well they are LOVING IT. I wrote Lori today to find out if she would be doing a class on the East Coast sometime time in the New Year if not I might sign up for the class in Florida in March,just to get a better handle on it.All I can tell you is keep using it and it does get better.I am feeling more confident with it now than I did in September when I first started using it.Take care Jacquie
