Hi! i am new to this wax and also to this business. i have been trying to get the hang of the prep oil as well as the berins blue.i find myself applying oil for prep and then removing it because the wax wont stick. then when i dont prep(on the face) i feel the skin might lift since i am needing to go over it due to the fact that i am also having a hard time with the hard wax removing the fine hairs on the face. please help. i dont want to switch waxes. i am just not feeling confident about my waxing and with trying to build my business, it is unacceptable. thanks so much
