Welcome! don't put oil on the face, also don't clean or strip it. Use a drop or so between your hands, rub your hands together and then spread. If you can see the oil glistening (on your hands) you have too much. If this is the case, blot on the table paper before you apply. for the fine hairs you must learn how to make the skin nice and firm and use good pressure when you are applying the wax and you will get all those fine hairs.
do not switch, just learn how to master it. If you just simply switch you will have the same problems with another product.
