Proprietary... We can all learn from each other. Well I am so glad you are here. I would love to meet you but I live in Utah. But you never know 
I am still evolving and need to get my wax techniques down. I want to excell at brazilian waxing. I also want to excel in customer service so I was wondering if you would not mind sharing how you give stellar service.
