A survey is all fine and dandy. But it doesn't hold a candle to a great consultation and conclusion. The consultation is your moment to begin a partnership/relationship with this person that transends just a fabulous service. There are great technicians starving everywhere. They are missing what makes service extraordinary: the consultation/conclusion and the details. Not the service itself.
The entire focus of my class DO IT MY WAY AND MAKE LOTS OF MONEY is all about this.
