I have had a few new clients that tried Out the EWC that just opened and they said "never again" ! Sounds like they hire very inexperienced people and that the whole time felt like a used car sales pitch from the time they walked in till the time they paid. I was at first worried about this place but after hearing that and than seeing the reviews online I can't see this impacting my business or any other decent waxer who offers great customer service along with a great wax!
