Keloids are hypertrophic scars. Some people are genectically prone to them Hydroxy B is best for them.
Some people have hypertropic scars because they can not stop picking at themselves.
It is too bad you do not know the client better. but my hunch was that she was an OCD ingrown picker.
Vicious cycle because hands aren't the cleanest thing to be reopening wounds with.
Not a sweeping statement for all problems just a posibility.
I have had the OCD type and I think they are risky clients because I do not want to take blame for their actions or things I cannot control.
Waxpot based on the location of your clients scars I would wonder if that is where the elastic part of her undies hit and excess moisture collected and a vicious cycle which may have included a little NON-OCD picking. I would suggest this client invest in some cotton panties that hit a little higher and see if this isn't a mircle cure. At least forpost wax and workout and save the sexy stuff for work and weekends. (ha ha)
