Do you do a 48hr or 24hr reminder text/call? I find even doing those that helps ward off the very last min cancellations. One hour before really sucks
I had a client who when I did her 48hr reminder she would always re-schedule, Lori gave me great advice about not PTR-booking her anymore and it's worked great. I just text her during the 4wk mark to find out if she's ready to come in that week and it's worked perfect and it frees me up to book clients.
