Yeah! Just got to quit working there and am full time in my own shop. I can vouch for the high turnover - which concerns a lot of the clients that go there. Its like I'm out of jail, except I miss my regular clients. They are why I stuck it out as long as I could, but just had to go. I'm way across town, and luckily none are here yet. It is all about the numbers there and so all you have to do is take care of clients like they're people and everything should be fine. The car sales analogy is probably pretty accurate. I'm thrilled to not have to do that any more. There are some good products and the wax is very good, but Berodin's is better hands down.
