Ok so my business is listed on google places and I have great placement etc. With that said I had 9 great reviews on Google until google changed stuff around last week and now all o my reviews are GONE! This is did not just happen to my business (it happened to many) So a few of my clients re-wrote reviews however I'm wondering how to tactfully ask new and future clients (especially those who re-book) to write a review for my services? I always do a 24hr follow up text for all new clients, should I ask then as well as forwarding a link? Im stuck on what to do because most of my new clients have come in based on my good reviews (that i used to have)! Any advice is greatly appreciated
