What a pain! Frankly I just tell people if you love me please write a review. After all, they should want to come back to you which only happens if you stay open.
On the google thing: write your own, and reference that your happy reviews were lost in a computer upgrade. Do it with a sense of humor and at the least you will make someone smile.
