When this happens to me I instantly turn into "Drita" from Mob Wives!!!!
I have to take a few steps back before I contact the client. DEEP BREATH!
Then I think about all the children in Haiti who ate dirt that day because they had nothing else.

After allowing myself to have my very long "Drita" moment I move on and get over it.
