I am looking to find out if anyone else who started as a facials/waxing business and then phased out facials all together? I personally don't find I am getting the new facial clients like I used to I do have a my loyal regular ever 4 week microdermabrasion/peel clients however I would say my business is now 99%waxing. Buying back bar facial products gets expensive when you don't do facials on a regular basis.
So my questions are if you switched from a facials/waxing business into just waxing how did you go about doing so and did you continue seeing your very loyal regular facial clients but just stopped advertising facial services on website etc?
I will say i got into this business not very interested in waxing at all but loving the SkinCare side of things however I now love waxing and find facials to be boring. TIA
