Thank you for the info. I do take smaller strips when I do a brazilian especially with coarse hair (which hers was). Then I make the skin taut get a grip and pull it off quickly, so I am not sure what happened and I didn't know what to say to my client other than it could have been past shaving which she said she has not shaved for a couple of weeks.
