Hi Cheryl. Thanks so much for your advice. I have read some comments that facial hair should not be waxed as it can change the hair from fine downy hair to coarse darker hair. I don't see how that can happen but am nervous of this happening on someone's face. Have you seen this happen before or do you think there's no truth in it?
