Remove all you can then use oil free products such as oderless paint thinner, dry cleaning fluid--goop, perky spotter--what ever is in your market. Scrap toward the center. Oh yes I have done that and no stain.
Dish soap, detergent? no
do not wash and dry until the spot is gone. The dryer sets it.
