I have been an esthetician since 2006 and it's sad to say...but I have never felt like I have completely mastered full Brazilian waxings. I've done plenty of bikinis, but for some reason I never really got into doing Brazilians. The school I attended, well we did none, so I left completely unprepared. I've attended a Brazilian waxing class for ce hrs and we basically saw a video and she practiced on someone using softwax.
So with all that mouthful out of the way, my question is...when using hardwax for a Brazilian, aren't we supposed to end the hardwax strip where there is no hair? That way when we lift up the edge to pull the strip, we aren't pulling hair along with it? What about if our client is pretty hairy and, well there really isn't a piece of skin where there is no hair? So basically there's hair from the labia all the way to the anus... Where would I end my hardwax strip?
Also what do you guys use to lift the hardwax initially from the skin.
