You have to track what you spend and what you generate for a few months. Your cost of goods should be roughly 7%.
It looks like this:
spent $450
generated $7500
= 6% cost of goods
Divide it like this: 450 / 7500 = .06
Only include what you replace, so not your warmers or carts etc.
