Of course it can (and does) happen with good techniques. You are working on live human beings. If you are working on someone who says they have senstive skin and has had problems before this is the time to use oil under. I generally never use oil on the face, but this would be when. What do you say? Did you tell her you think there was some skin lifting and she may get some flaking or scabbing? If yes, then you can call to and confirm what you said yesterday. doesn't this suck?
