tell her you "enjoy having her as a client".
However, she has cancelled on you last minute since shes been coming to you. Make a "special form that sais i need 72 hrs to cancell this kind off appointment as the least amount of notice. does this work for you. have her sign a form, with credit card info. if she cant do this she will fire herself..
sorry about that, i cant stand people who think its ok to leave us hanging. Im self employed as well. If we all charge, then people will learn our proffesion cant be scrwed over like they think>>lol...xoxoxox
