I haven't performed a facial in some time, but considering doing a monthly facial promotion. My main question is re: extractions. Does every type of facial require extractions of blackheads? Is there a gadget out there that helps with this? Or manual extraction. Any ideas of what can make this process easier? I really don't want to just 'pinch" someone's nose, etc.
