Not sure, if it's the dbl heater or just that I'm heating wax day after day and not using it fast enough-they were all Satin Smooth but both kinds seem to be harder to use as time goes by and I end up taking them home and using them on me. The hard wax will break and the soft seems to dry out to quick on the skin. I had bought the Pierre Rigot blue beads plus the kit with some of all they make last fall, so far only using the blue, and now only refill an inch or so and that's working great. Are you supposed to leave an island with their hard waxes, I can't remember on your brand? thank you
