I should etch this in my ADD brain! I can do much better, when I have time to prepare, off the top of my head, is one of my downfalls, (in brain-out mouth), gets me in trouble on occasion.
One of my worst offenders was a Hair Gal,in the same facility and she'd take a walk-in,and leave me hanging-3rd time's a charm, gave a fake smile and told her I'd be glad to take the appointment with a credit card, if she no-showed, I would charge her, or I would be happy to take her when we were both free at the same time. She rolled her eyes,shook her head and apoligised, she has a rather large mouth and lets everyone know when she gets a no-show or last min. cancel. After a year or so I began to accept appoints. and no problems, she's done that with every service provider here, 90% hair,esty's,mt's, nails, . She is and always has referred to me. I've done all of her family, She earns free gift cert. to give or keep. She knows I don't play games, but continues to the others wrong. Dr. Phil says "we teach people how to treat us", I know it to be true, however we do have to be careful, bad words travel alot faster and further than good words.
