Can a person get hyper-pigmentation at the specific hair follicle site where she is waxed. I have a client who has an area on her bikini that is speckled with dots where each hair was removed. Usually the hyper-pigmentation I see is all over an area, not just around each hair. I have a photograph if you need to see it to understand what I am describing. If so what else can we do to keep it from happening. I use oil and pull the skin taut. She does have olive skin tone so she is mor prone to hyper-pigmentation.
