You company is wack and are destine to have unhappy clients and employess which is quit lethal to business. Furthermore they are probably not experiences with the waxing and handling clients.
HOWEVER
Once a client is established and is doing maintainance I find that the difference is minimal they may have more surface area or territory to cover but you can lay out more strips as there is time for strips to solidify. When the last strip is laid you begin removing them without setting time.
Your employer is still unreasonable.
