Hello everyone,
been doing this for 7 years and have not had such a bad review. the young lady said I missed spots on her leg waxing & within 2 days her hair grew back thicker?? I told her there were some hairs too short (she recently shaved) to get and for the thicker WTH! Any advice, should I put something on website or forms for those that have too short of hairs or hair grows in stages!! Just frustrated. I also gave her a new client discount before the service. Figures! Fortunately I dont have to post the review but I guess I should grow thicker skin, I feel depressed.
