Hahaha!! Ok, why on earth would you get something just because a client told you about it, PLUS she said it cracks? (I'm laughing at Waxy's response btw)
It is very similar to a lot of other waxes, I have played with it. It does not remove the hair quite as well as we would wish, plus gets brittle if left on too long. Not a bad product, but not top of the line either.
