Okay this is off subject from wax but I know theres a great group of seasoned esthetician that frequent this chat board...anyway.... what types of pay structures are being used for a laser technician? Im inWashington. State and esthetician can operate lasers so under a medical director and im trying to determine what's fair to ask for.
