You might just have to always tweeze her. There are clients of mine that I ALWAYS have to tweeze the same hairs because they are too stubborn for the wax or like the issue you have, they grow wierd. Do the best you can to get the hairs underneath. Also, when you tweeze, make sure you are stretching the skin as taught as possible so it doesn't hurt so bad.
