I have removed quite a few skin tags by waxing them off (not always on purpose). Yes they bleed and then they don't. A doctor will snip them off, it bleeds and then it doesn't. And the doctor charges a lot more for that than we do for waxing.
So how to deal with it? Educate baby! If you notice skin tags first, point them out and tell the client they may be removed from the wax and if that happens it will bleed for a moment.
It may be good to remember or add to your intake form to ask this question. We can't tell a client what they should have told us, how can they know what they are supposed to tell us? What may seem obvious to us does not occur to clients.
I find most people are happy for the free bonus.
