Hiii Saloner. This is a great place to get answers. I promise. Customer service is mandatory if you want to keep your clients coming back to you. I agree with you. I have learned that even though clients want to use other waxes I have to educate them and assure them that I will give them the best care and service with what I have. I would never use anything that would be brittle and breaks easy. Have you tried Berins Hard Wax. It is amazing and very elastic. Anyway, your not an intrusion. You are welcome here
