Hiii Marie,
I had a client exactly like that. Her hair was extremely course and equally difficult to remove. It didnt help that she trimmed to 1/4 inch because some of her hair was shorter. I had to use hard and soft wax. In addition I did a ton of tweezing because I could not get that hair off with the wax. I did tell her not to trim again and she has to come in every 4wks, but I dont think she will listen. She is one of those that does it on rare occassion.
