Ahhh, don't you love it? I'm not a fan of making them match, then you have two wrong brows. When you get a good enough eye to notice, simply point out what happened. We are human after all. Don't gush apologies either.
"OK, so I took a tad too much hair off right here, and think it's best to leave it like this. I'm so sorry, but didn't want you to notice they are different and not know why."
Brows give us their hair too easily, that's why I don't like to match mistakes.
