Not abnormal. So we all know that soap is crazy dehydrating and Im sure that did not help the situation. Use only the products you sell her, de-tox gel soap, gloves, glyco-a-gel 3x/week, and clear-it.
Its hard to encourage no use of tight clothes, just isn't going to happen but underwear can bother the situation, I believe cotton is best, Waxy who posts on this board knows. and NO PICKING, its hard but they must not pick. I once heard that sometimes dry brushing (use of dry exfoliating glove and dry body), but if her skin is sore this might not best.
