I know that this can not be a new situation, but I am desperate to take control of the situation.
I have had quite a few male Brazilian wax clients this month who have just acted so badly I was about ready to stop offering the service.
I rent a room in a salon and for the most part of my day I am by myself seeing clients...usually everything is fine. In the afternoon the massage therapist that rent the rooms next to mine come in.
So I have decide not to take any male waxing appointments until the massage therapist come in the afternoons around 5pm...a little late and I have also added the following statement to my client form for males:
To all of our Male Clients we appreciate your business very much, but due to past unacceptable behavior by others we feel that we need to be up-front about our policies.
Sugar Baby Wax ONLY provides professional services. We expect to be treated as professionals and any non-professional behavior or suggestive comments we will ask you to leave.

I would just like some opinions on if I am approaching the situation the right way.
Thanks
