She is not taking any medication and I do oil prior to the waxing. It is the craziest craziness I have ever seen! The only thing that she does that most people don't is she is a nurse and she uses hibiclens - it is a medical grade soap, when she showers. Possibly? Everything I read about it though, shows that it shouldn't cause a problem. I have a call into a dermatologist to see if she has some input - I hate to lose her as my client but I also hate hurting her!
