Alright, I have waxed many ears without a problem. So, naturally when I removed the wax from the nub of the ear (above lobe - on face) and saw blood I was surprised - figuring it was a drop from a hair removed. NOPE! It was this huge gash - like a paper cut and deep. Holy Crap! Thankfully my client was my boss!!! Yikes. He took it very well and told me he cut himself shaving there a few weeks prior. I said oh yes - the skin must be damaged there. Which I know is true in many cases - but not necessariy this one! I did oil the heck out of the other side. Time to watch the ear wax video again! I just had to share this. Always on our toes, right! ( :
