It's funny, how come no one showed up at the league meeting to tell me how to make the league better.
I didn't know I was running the league until about 2 months before the league was to start. By that time, the fields were all but gone. I was lucky to get the fields we have. I also had 8 teams, 1 team showed up to meeting and then right before I was making the schedule they couldn't field a team. Another team lost communication adn never got back to me after numerous emails.
Next year we will have the fields on Tuesday and Thursdays unless you guys want to play on different nights like we are now.
I'm all ears on how to make the league better, this is my 1st year running it and I plan on doing a better job every year. And I hope we can get 2 more teams and hopefully some competitive ones.
