Hi Raf,
You're right. This system has the potential of becoming our first system for 2006. As for the La Niña's evolution, latest forecast now shows it developing during the next 3 to 6 months. For more details:

Hope it won't be too intense. The more intense La Niña is, the more wet our country will be.
