I'm afraid with that La Niña developing...
Will this phenomenon affect Cebu this December? I hope not coz Cebu will be hosting a big event, the ASEAN summit
As I can see, thsis developing system is moving towards visayas area, or maybe this is an early sign that Cebu might experience bad weather this year?
