As a tropical cyclone ever passed south of the Philippines?

Hi Michael,
As discussed earlier, it looks a very interesting development by the NOGAPS next week if it pulls off! Another that may threaten the southern Philippines next week but what as, we'll have to see.
As a tropical cyclone ever slipped UNDER the Philippines, i.e as a storm ever passed south of your nation without touching?
