Posted by Dominic yup I agree. Panaon Island was described to have sttep slopes and so well as the rest of southern Leyte. The AFP described San Francisco,S. Leyte in 2003 as a place " ...wherein you stand at the peak of the hill or mountain and let a ball roll, it will go directly to the sea.".....
