An area of convection i kept on monitoring showing some organization for the past six hours.. though its circulation is quite small. based on NOAA satellite loop; 850 mb Vorticity
and NRL (estimate position: 8.8N-9N, 136-135.5E or southwest of yap is.)... its like for the next 12 to 24 hours, it may strenghten into depression. some models also shows that this system could possibly move toward philippine sea by wed and affect the area of Bicol region by thursday or friday as a strong storm, is my interpretation is right?
