hi there!!! i dont know if this is the first category 5 disturbance that recorded over south china sea??? though thanks GOd that this system continuous to weaken before it strikes near hongkong by tomorrow still heavy rains might cause flashfloods...is this the first or there's anything else other than chanchu???
