Typhoon Caloy passage observation in N. Panay

Observations/highlights of Caloy's passage:
ANTIQUE:
Culasi - storm swells destroy much of houses at the coastline; partial to total damage in wooden houses; damage to banana (musa sp.) plantations, uprooted fruit trees like mango (mangifera sp.), santol (sandoricum sp.), etc. electric posts damaged, knee deep floods
Sebaste and Pandan - same with Culasi
AKLAN
Nabas - same with Culasi; landslides and rockfalls partially blocking the highway, floodwaters cover the entire countryside including the highways but still passable
Ibajay - same with Nabas; Ibajay River overflowing
Kalibo - same as above
southern Antique is still not accessible to Iloilo.
