good evening!! iam observing an area of rotating vapor over open paific ocean (15.2N,128E [almost]/ or at east of eastern Luzon).. though theres no convective formation, its like slowly becoming intact... no closed bar monitored and likewise this phenomenon maybe happen or in effect due to the presence of a High Pressure Ridge over Northwest asia (over north marianas is.) and the lingering frontal system spreading over northwest asia ( from china to southern japan)...though there's some monitored convective activity over more on the southeast side spreading over to mindanao it is mainly due to the mass of tropical wave. thus this area somehow are not expected to develop only if vertical winds started to increase and convection started to develop over this area.it is moving west to west-northwest at 17 kph.. are my interpretations are right???
