It's ok Jermaine. We're just being safe here.
As for that area you're mentioning, it's again another TUTT...the one I've mentioned before. There is a LPA near 5N 139E - just to the SSE of that TUTT. That low is mentioned on the NOAA Weather Chart:

One more, the possibility of this TUTT transforming into a TC is not out of the question. There are times that it transforms itself into a TC. Let's see what happens.
